Hello there! My name is Tahnee, and I used to suffer really badly from Technology Ache Syndrome when working with computers.

I Tried Everything
To Get Rid Of My Tech Ache!

I suffered from years of aches and pains when working at my computer. I suffered terrible chronic back pain when sitting, as well as constant debilitating neck pain and headaches from staring at a computer screen, and shoulder pain from typing and using a mouse.

I took painkillers, had endless hot baths, got countless massages, and still came home from work every day sore and miserable.

For the first time ever, I learned how to pay attention to my body. How to listen to it.
